Location: 3 days/wk Hybrid Schiller Park IL 60176 or Dallas TX

Targeted Needs:

• Someone who can bridge business problems and AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem (GenAI Azure AI Services Copilot)
• Build real applications on Azure with a strong understanding of Azure AI services
• And help the company figure out where AI creates value - not just implement tech for the sake of it.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases across areas like sales operations and reporting
• Design and build AI-driven solutions that analyze large enterprise datasets (e.g. sales and commission data)
• Develop and deploy production-grade AI applications and services on Azure
• Translate ambiguous business problems into practical scalable AI solutions
• Work hands-on with Azure AI services to implement real-world use cases (not just prototypes)
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing applications and workflows
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security auditability and compliance (SOX)
• Collaborate with engineering teams to align with CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices (Octopus Docker)
• Review and work within -based systems and services

Required Experience

• Proven experience delivering real-world AI use cases in a business environment (must be clearly demonstrated on resume)
• Strong hands-on experience building AI/ML or GenAI-powered solutions using Microsoft Azure
• Experience working with large business datasets to drive insights and decision-making
• Ability to bridge business needs with technical AI solutions
• Experience building and deploying applications in Azure (cloud-native or containerized environments)
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines (Octopus or similar tools)
• Ability to read and work /C# applications
• Experience working in SOX-compliant or highly regulated environments (focus on auditability and governance)

Preferred

• Experience implementing AI use cases such as:
  • Sales analytics or forecasting
  • Recommendation engines
  • Process automation
  • Data-driven decision support tools
• Experience integrating AI into enterprise applications or internal tools
