Job Summary
Bob Boyte Honda - Moss Point is seeking an experienced Automotive F&I Manager to join our team in Moss Point this role you will be responsible for managing the finance and insurance process ensuring customers receive the best possible service while maximizing dealership profitability. You will work closely with the sales team to facilitate smooth transactions and provide clear explanations of finance options and products to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the F&I process for automotive sales.
- Present and explain finance and insurance options to customers clearly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and dealership policies.
- Negotiate and close finance-related transactions effectively meeting sales goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders insurance providers and customers.
- Train and mentor dealership staff on F&I procedures and products as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve the F&I process and increase customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive F&I Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive finance insurance products and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Valid state F&I license (or the ability to obtain one).
- Proficiency with finance-related software and dealership management systems.
