Job Summary
This position plays a key role in supporting the Service Team Sales Team and our local customer base. Responsibilities include reviewing service work orders facilitating service billing and collections preparing service bid templates and proposals coordinating with the Service Project Manager and maintaining consistent customer communication to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct weekly reviews of service aging reports to ensure service projects and maintenance agreements are accurately invoiced and properly closed upon completion.
Review technician service reports to verify accurate diagnosis and repair of service calls; follow up with customers to review findings and confirm completion of work.
Assist the Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to support efficient scheduling and quick customer response times.
Develop and/or complete written scopes of work related to quoted maintenance services and service projects.
Perform site visits to gather information necessary for quoting maintenance work and to ensure customer satisfaction.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information required to prepare service maintenance and project proposals.
Collaborate with vendors as needed to obtain pricing and service costs required for maintenance/project quotes.
Assist the Service/Sales Account Manager in the development and completion of bid templates for service maintenance and project proposals.
Support the Service Project Manager with change order proposals material procurement and service project closeout documentation.
Prepare maintenance binders and deliverables required for maintenance program offerings.
Coordinate effectively with internal departments across Mesa to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Amend adjust or revise scopes of work bid templates and presentation materials as requested
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in related discipline; or a minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC automation industry (preferred).
Demonstrates excellent communication abilities and thrives in a collaborative team focused environment.
Exceptional ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
Skilled in developing trust and rapport with clients at all levels
Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.

Geographic Disclosure
Compensation Range: $85000 - $105000 per year
