Associate Project Manager

Were on a mission to shake up the status quo in creator marketing and were looking for organized proactive project managers to help scale our customer experience. As an Associate Project Manager at CreatorIQ youll play a key role in driving successful delivery of customerfacing and internal initiatives across our Customer Experience and Managed Services teams reporting directly to our Chief Customer Officer. Youll manage timelines coordinate stakeholders and keep projects moving forward ensuring our clients and internal teams have a seamless experience. Working crossfunctionally and closely with customerfacing leaders youll help bring structure clarity and momentum to a growing portfolio of projects all within a fastpaced collaborative and performancedriven environment.

In this role youll get to:

• Manage and coordinate multiple concurrent projects supporting customer experience initiatives and managed services programs

• Partner with crossfunctional teams including Customer Success Managed Services Operations Sales and Product to define scope timelines and deliverables

• Act as a central point of ownership for project plans status updates risk tracking and documentation

• Support clientfacing projects by helping teams stay aligned on expectations deadlines and communication

• Identify opportunities to improve project workflows tools and processes as the function continues to evolve

Who you are and what youll need for this position:

• 24 years of experience in project management program coordination or a similar clientfacing role

• Comfort working in a customeradjacent environment (e.g. customer success managed services agency or professional services)

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities across multiple teams and projects

• Clear confident communicator who can collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

• Familiarity with project management tools and best practices in a fastmoving growthstage environment
