Job description
Serve as a key communication link between project owners subcontractors suppliers and the project team keeping everyone aligned and on schedule
Support the Project Manager and Superintendent in managing subcontractor relationships and coordinating project schedules
Perform carpentry general labor and hands-on jobsite tasks to keep work moving forward
Attend and organize project meetings; prepare and distribute meeting notes submittals and required documentation
Participate in punch lists city inspections safety reviews and quality walkthroughs
Track and update drawings specs and submittals to ensure the team always has the most current information
Prepare daily project reports weekly progress updates production schedules equipment tracking and manpower logs
Champion a safety-first culture on the jobsite through your actions documentation and mentorship of others
Help identify and pursue new business opportunities through proposals and client-facing activities
Build lasting relationships with clients design teams and user groups that reflect our companys core values
Qualifications
2 years of commercial construction field experience (required)
Bachelors degree in construction management engineering or a related field or equivalent hands-on experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working with project owners subs and field crews
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel); familiarity with scheduling or construction administration software a plus
Solid understanding of construction equipment tools and safe work practices
Self-motivated with strong time management and problem-solving skills
