Location: On-site in Wray CO this is a hands-on field role where youll be right in the middle of the action working alongside a close-knit project team. Relocation assistance available.

Note: This role requires a minimum of 2 years of commercial construction field experience. Candidates without this background will not be considered.

Job description

• Serve as a key communication link between project owners subcontractors suppliers and the project team keeping everyone aligned and on schedule
• Support the Project Manager and Superintendent in managing subcontractor relationships and coordinating project schedules
• Perform carpentry general labor and hands-on jobsite tasks to keep work moving forward
• Attend and organize project meetings; prepare and distribute meeting notes submittals and required documentation
• Participate in punch lists city inspections safety reviews and quality walkthroughs
• Track and update drawings specs and submittals to ensure the team always has the most current information
• Prepare daily project reports weekly progress updates production schedules equipment tracking and manpower logs
• Champion a safety-first culture on the jobsite through your actions documentation and mentorship of others
• Help identify and pursue new business opportunities through proposals and client-facing activities
• Build lasting relationships with clients design teams and user groups that reflect our companys core values

Qualifications

• 2 years of commercial construction field experience (required)
• Bachelors degree in construction management engineering or a related field or equivalent hands-on experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working with project owners subs and field crews
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel); familiarity with scheduling or construction administration software a plus
• Solid understanding of construction equipment tools and safe work practices
• Self-motivated with strong time management and problem-solving skills
