Assistant Program Manager

STV is hiring an Assistant Program Manager for the Construction Manager Group in Chicago.

Duties:

• Support Program Managers with project planning development engineering construction technical support bidding strategy scheduling budgeting funding allocation grants management work prioritization and closeout.
• Develop project scope schedule and budget to align with stakeholder goals.
• Assist with cost overruns through value engineering and implement program improvements including reporting and process enhancements.
• Recommend solutions for complex issues and updates to construction specifications.
• Help manage change orders and assist with contract reviews.

Minimum Requirements

Experience:

At least 3 years of professional experience managing and administering program projects including scope development planning design budgeting funding and close-out. Public agency program management experience preferred.

Education:

Bachelors degree from a recognized college or university ideally in Architecture Engineering or Construction Management.
