Gigglewaters Social Club & Screening Room is one of Safety Harbors most unique and beloved hospitality concepts and were looking for a sharp high-energy Assistant Manager to help lead the team as we gear up for serious growth.

Fun fact: "Gigglewaters" is genuine 1920s Prohibition-era slang for spirits and booze. Its a name with personality and so is this place. We pair an upscale social club experience with private film screenings craft cocktails and the kind of atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Safety Harbor may be a small city on the shores of Old Tampa Bay but Gigglewaters has built a reputation that punches well above its zip code.

The pay range is real. $45K$75K depending on your experience and what you bring to the operation.

What Youll Do

Youll work directly alongside the General Manager to run a tight guest-obsessed operation. Day to day that means:

• Leading the floor and keeping service standards exactly where they need to be
  
• Training developing and holding your team accountable with coaching not just corrections
  
• Managing opening and closing procedures cash handling and daily operational checklists
  
• Supporting scheduling inventory and cost controls
  
• Owning the guest experience from the moment someone walks in to the moment they leave wanting to come back
  
• Stepping in and making decisions when the GM isnt in the building because thats the job
  

What Were Looking For

• 2 years of management experience in a bar restaurant or entertainment hospitality environment
  
• Someone who leads by example on the floor not from the back office
  
• Strong communication skills with guests with team members and with ownership
  
• A genuine passion for hospitality and the ability to read a room
  
• Comfort with POS systems scheduling tools and basic financial reporting
  
• Experience in a screening room event venue or upscale bar concept is a plus not a requirement

• Salary: $45000 $75000 annually based on experience
