RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities include entering and validating sales and permit-related information; updating property records and sketches using spreadsheets and assessment-related software; supporting record audits cleanup projects and report preparation; assisting with field data collection and documentation for appraiser review; and providing professional confidential assistance to the public in accordance with policy and applicable laws.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma/equivalent
Data entry/records experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and databases; familiarity with CAMA/GIS/permitting/sketch tools preferred
Ability to follow written procedures meet deadlines and communicate professionally
