The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering updating and maintaining company records and databases while ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of all information. This role requires excellent attention to detail strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Enter update and verify data in company databases and information systems.
Review documents for accuracy and completeness before data entry.
Maintain electronic and physical records in an organized manner.
Retrieve and process information as requested by management or other departments.
Identify and correct data entry errors promptly.
Perform routine data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information.
Generate reports and assist with document preparation as needed.
Respond to internal requests regarding records and data.
Support general administrative tasks and other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree is an asset.
Previous experience in data entry administrative support or clerical work preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and Word.
Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
Experience with database management systems or ERP software.
Basic knowledge of office procedures and record management.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
Working Conditions
Office-based position with standard business hours.
