Job Summary
TMD STAFFING IS HIRING ASSEMBLY WORKERS
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 DOE
Shift: Day Shift 6:00 AM 2:30 PM Overtime as needed
TMD Staffing is hiring Assembly Technicians for a manufacturing environment working with electro/mechanical coil assemblies.
Key Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Mechanical aptitude / hands-on ability
- 35 years assembly line experience
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
- Basic math and inspection skills
- Experience with tools and production equipment
Responsibilities
- Assemble electro/mechanical components
- Prepare materials (cutting welding heat shrinking adhesives etc.)
- Maintain quality standards and complete documentation
- Follow SOPs safety rules and 5S practices
- Support production improvements and cross-training
- Inspect and reject non-conforming parts
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Able to stand for long periods
- Must be able to read technical instructions and identify colors/wiring
- Hand Tools
Subject to passing pre-qualifiers (BG and DS)
