Achievesrequired output levels for throughput and assembly times.
Developsassembly leads and supervisors for continued growth and effectiveness.
Establishesand maintains an effective 5S culture.
Develops andenforces standard work; conducts audits as needed.
Communicatesdaily on PH2 targets and schedule adherence.
Conductsdaily Tier 2 meetings; participates in production meetings.
ContinuousImprovement
Identifiesand drives improvements throughout the value stream with focus on customerdelivery.
Leads wasteelimination projects.
Guidesdevelopment of the model cell.
Promotes andexecutes TPM programs.
EstablishesOEE baselines and improvement targets.
Creates aculture of continuous improvement and high associate engagement.
Skills/Requirements
Bachelors Degree preferred; Masters in Business Administration or related Masters degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years experience in Quality Lean Continuous Improvement or related manufacturing roles.
Minimum of 3 years leadership experience.
Ability to teach mentor and coach across operational levels.
Experience with systematic problem solving.
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
