We are seeking an experienced Assembly Operator for a manufacturing facility located in the Fall River MA area. This full-time role involves precision work with thermoplastic and thermoset parts using a variety of semi-automated tools and equipment. If you enjoy hands-on detailed work and take pride in quality and consistency this may be the ideal opportunity.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform manual assembly tasks to strict customer requirements
Insert components apply adhesives and mark parts per specifications
Use semi-automated tools such as engraver units pneumatic crimping tools hydraulic presses and potting compound systems
Set up new jobs with minimal supervision ensuring minimal scrap or fallout
Identify and escalate quality issues within the production cell
Train and delegate tasks to lower-level operators when required
Measure parts and assemblies using calipers micrometers height stands CMM and other tools
Complete all required documentation clearly and accurately
Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality.
Compensation and Benefits:

Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in assembly using semi-automated tools
High school diploma GED or equivalent preferred
Proficient in measuring tools and techniques
Basic computer and math skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
High attendance and reliability standards
