What Youll Do

As an Application Developer youll play a critical role in designing developing maintaining and enhancing internally developed business applications and reporting solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design develop test deploy and support business applications throughout the software development lifecycle
• Create and maintain application code databases and reporting solutions
• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while identifying long-term solutions
• Develop and execute testing plans to ensure application quality and reliability
• Maintain thorough technical and user documentation
• Participate in software development lifecycle and project management activities
• Work across multiple platforms and technologies to deliver the best solution for each business need
• Support continuous improvement efforts and development best practices
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth

This is a Spokane-based hybrid role.  This position is in office 3 days/week and the ability for 2 days a week remote.  For initial onboarding and training or special projects more time in office may be required.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive application development experience
• Experience developing applications across multiple tiers including user interface business logic and database layers
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies

• Microsoft SQL Server
• SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
• SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• T-SQL
• Visual Studio
• Microsoft development technologies and frameworks
• Database design and development
• DevOps practices
• Application testing debugging and troubleshooting

Additional Information :

The minimum and maximum salary range for this full-time position is $83k - $105k benefits.   

Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location.  Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including but not limited to job-related skills experience and relevant education and/or training.  Please note that the compensation details listed in this posted role reflect the base salary only and do not include bonus or benefits.
