Location: Dallas TX / Minneapolis MN

W2 Position

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Android Developer with React expertise to join our team supporting Cognizant / US Bank. The ideal candidate will have strong mobile development skills hands on experience with Android SDK and proficiency in React/React Native for building scalable high performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain Android applications using Java/Kotlin and React/React Native.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to define design and ship new features.
Integrate APIs backend services and third party libraries into mobile applications.
Perform unit testing debugging and optimization to ensure high quality deliverables.
Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver projects on time.
Ensure compliance with security performance and coding standards.

Required Skills

5 years of experience in Android development (Java/Kotlin).
Strong hands on experience with React / React Native.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs JSON and mobile UI/UX best practices.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines Git/GitHub and Jenkins.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative team environments.
Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to financial services or banking applications.
Experience with SQL / backend validation.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure AWS or GCP).
