In this role you will partner across teams to support system functionality content accuracy and continuous improvement efforts. Key responsibilities include:

Digital Content Management:

• Maintain and update content across all Club digital platforms
• Perform pre- and post-quality control reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency

Systems Optimization & Testing:

• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across platforms (websites mobile apps VOICE Clarity AS400 TSW CXone)
• Validate enhancements and releases against business requirements
• Document and communicate findings to stakeholders
  

Issue Resolution & Help Desk Support:

• Support the Club help desk by triaging and resolving tickets
• Analyze issues to determine if they are defects enhancements or user errors
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive resolution
  

Process & Documentation:

• Maintain subject matter expertise across Club systems and programs
• Develop and manage SOP documentation and knowledge libraries
