Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company operating as DePuy Synthes. Job OverviewThe Analyst CCFSCategorysupports Procurement activities across Capital/Equipment Facilities Services MRO and Construction Services categories. This role partners closely with category managers and business stakeholders to provide data analysis sourcing support supplier performance insights and process execution that enable effective spend management and value delivery.
This position offers strong exposure to indirect procurement operations crossfunctional collaboration and opportunities to build foundationalcategoryand sourcingexpertisewithin a global matrixed organization.
Key Responsibilities
Support CCFS category teams with data analysis reporting and insights related tospend supplier performance and sourcing activity.
Assistwith sourcing events including RFx preparation bid analysis supplier comparisons and documentation.
Support supplier management activities including performance tracking issue resolution followup and scorecard maintenance.
Maintain procurement documentation such as contracts sourcing files and compliance recordsin accordance withprocurement policies.
Partner with internal stakeholders to help clarify requirements track demand and support execution of approved sourcing strategies.
Leverage procurement systems and tools to support purchase order contract and spend analytics processes.
Assistinidentifyingopportunities for cost improvement process efficiency and standardization within CCFS categories.
Support sustainability ESG and responsible sourcing initiatives through data collection and reporting.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelors degree(Business Supply Chain Finance Engineering or related field).
MBAor other advanced degree preferred.
Experience and Skills
Required:
02 years of experience in procurement supply chain finance operations ora relateddiscipline.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel and comfort working with data reports and dashboards.
Ability to work effectively in a teambased matrixed environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
Exposure to indirect procurement or services categories such as facilities MRO capital equipment or construction.
Familiarity with procurement or ERP systems (e.g. SAP Ariba Coupa).
Experience supporting RFx processes or supplier analysis.
Interest in procurement transformation digital tools or sustainability initiatives.
Other:
Language requirements: English;additionallanguages a plus.
Travel: Up to 510% primarily domestic.
Certifications (preferred): CPSM CIPS or equivalent (not).

$79000.00 - $127650.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation 120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington 56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year
