Job Summary/Purpose
Performs a wide variety of data analyses to correct complex billing exceptions.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Research and resolves assigned complex billing exceptions related to Collective Net Meter and Device Management.
- Recognizes data inconsistencies and irregularities and reports issues to supervisor.
- Supports the review of billing practices to ensure consistent resolution and adherence to Billing Practices and Rules for each Operating Company.
- Documents analyses using a consistent methodology and nomenclature to ensure that analyses are preserved for future use.
- Works within the scope and framework of larger projects defined by supervisor.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum education required of the position
Bachelors Degree in a technical or business related field required or equivalent work experience Masters Degree is a plus.
Desired:
Previous SAP-ISU (CCS) MDMS AMI knowledge at least 1 year of Backoffice experience
Minimum experience required of the position
- Associate Analyst I: Associate degree in a technical or business-related field and 0-2 years of work experience (such as: customer services data entry account management etc.); OR in lieu of degree minimum 2 years of working experience
- Associate Analyst II: Associate degree in a technical or business-related field and 2 years of work experience (such as: customer services data entry account management.); OR in lieu of degree minimum 4 years of working experience
Minimum knowledge skills and abilities required of the position
Analytical skill set with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word Excel PowerPoint.
