Pay Rate: $60.00 $63.00/hr
Schedule: Day shift
Contract: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours/week

About the Role
We are hiring an Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract in Bethel AK. This role provides full-time outpatient and inpatient occupational therapy care with possible support at a local long-term care facility home visits and village travel.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services in outpatient and inpatient settings
- Treat patients across all age groups and diagnoses within OT scope of practice
- Develop and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Support ADL training therapeutic activities mobility and functional independence
- Conduct home visits and village-based therapy services as needed
- Collaborate frequently with medical providers and healthcare team members
- Use evidence-based practice in patient care planning
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and medical correspondence
- Provide culturally respectful care to diverse patient populations
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy required
- Active Alaska OT license required or eligible for Alaska licensure upon acceptance
- NBCOT certification required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of Occupational Therapist experience required
- Inpatient and outpatient experience preferred
- Ability to travel to villages and support home visit needs
- Strong communication documentation and patient care skills
- COVID vaccination proof required
