What the Job Looks Like:
Youll evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric population in their homes across Honolulu creating and executing your own individualized treatment plans with full clinical autonomy. A dedicated admin team manages scheduling documentation support and coordination you focus on the patient in front of you. Shadowing is available if youre newer to home health or just want to see the model before committing.
