Team Overview

Role Overview and Core Responsibilities

• Provide support for the AI risk assessment process maintain a global AI assessment template and coordinate updates with relevant stakeholders
• Manage the AI inventory reviewing incoming entries for accuracy and make updates as necessary
• Facilitate annual reviews of AI Inventory
• Produce regular reports for committees and service ad-hoc requests from management.
• Maintain AI governance procedures
• Support the development and delivery of AI governance training associate engagement and awareness activities
• Assist with global AI governance projects as required

Required Knowledge and Experiences

• Working knowledge of NIST AI Risk Management Framework to help ensure alignment to leading practice and regulatory requirements
• 5 years of experience in risk management governance privacy compliance or related functions
• 2 years of experience leading and coordinating governance forums and working groups
• Relevant certifications in AI governance risk compliance privacy or ethics
