How you can make an impact
Assist HR department in daily administrative tasks including data entry filing invoicing and maintaining HR records.
Schedule and coordinate interviews meetings and appointments for HR personnel.
Manage and update employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Manage the processing of coding/preparing invoices oversee and review monthly expenses monthly reconciliation and review of HR reports to Senior HR Leadership.
Support HR department in various projects such as employee surveys and performance evaluations.
Support employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Manage Corporate sponsored events including HR-related events and activities such as employee recognition programs LDP events and wellness initiatives.
Assist in the management of the annual renewal and open enrollment processes.
Perform and assist with invoice audits to ensure accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
Input audit and update employee data as needed in the HRIS system.
Assist the benefits team as needed for employee inquiries.
Generating necessary reports and assisting with data analysis.
Evaluate and revise internal processes to increase efficiencies.
Provide administrative support as needed to the Chief People Officer.
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
A bachelors or associates degree in business or accounting is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience required. If no degree then a minimum of 5 years of experience is required.
You must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required.
Must demonstrate ability to work well with others and manage deadlines.
Pay Range
USD $28.00 - USD $30.00 /Hr.
