Inside Ideas Groupis looking for anAccountExecutiveto join ouraward winningin-house creativecontentand production agencyon multinational beverage brands.
As an AccountExecutive you will work closely with our client andcross-functional teambringing social and digital content to life from brief to final execution and much more. Our team does everything from creating assets and content for social channels for largeportfolioof brands leading brand strategy and creative campaign work production internal communications and role requires strong organizational and communication skills the ability to think strategically and creatively and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
This role is currently a hybrid model based in downtown Chicago.requiringinoffice2-3 days a week. Must be over 21 years old.
What you will be doing:
- Account Management and Communication
- Manage all aspects of the accounts foundation includingmaintainingproject documents
- Prepare for meetings and touchpoints by organizing materials documentation and details
- Create andmaintainproject timelines
- Manage the flow of projects and completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
- Communicate project status to clients and internal teams with clarity
- Collaboration and Coordination
- Support cross-functional teams made up of strategy visual design copywriting and production
- Build strong relationships across departments tofacilitatesmooth project progression
- Liaising with clients on a day-to-day basis and make other contacts that will strengthen the client relationship
- Strategic and Creative Insight
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the clients business including how assignments align with the brand scope andpriorities
- Work with the cross-functional teams to ensure the work is meeting the clients brief
- Take in project briefs from our client partner with Accountand Strategyteamsto flesh out project briefs to ensure we have a clear picture of the work to be done
- Process
- Possess in-depth knowledge of agency processes
What you need to be great in this role:
- 1-3 years of experiencein a professional client relationship management role
- Experience within advertising design or marketing is needed
- Extremely organized and strong attention to detail
- Excellent written andoralcommunication skills
- Team-oriented and collaborative with the ability to problem-solve proactively and deal with multiple priorities
- Solution-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency and resilience
- Ability to build and manage project timelines with multiple stakeholders
- Self-starter whois able topick up projects and drive them forward
- Willingness to learn new things andcome up withunique solutions
- Thrives in a fast-pace ever-changing environment focused on results and progress
- At the time of this posting the base salary for this position may range from$59500.00to$65500.00.Individual compensation varies based on job related factors including location business needs level of responsibility experience and qualifications. The range listed is just onecomponentof OLIVERs total compensation package.
