Were on the hunt for a multi-talented people-centric Account Coordinator who thrives on social interaction building positive relationships and keeping our internal creative teams and clients in perfect alignment.
In this role youll be the upbeat day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients using your persuasive communication style to build trust set a motivational tone and manage expectations. If you are an optimistic patient collaborator who brings positive energy to every room loves executing the fine details of a project and excels at keeping workflows predictable and structured we want to hear from you.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate client calls status meetings and presentations with an outgoing persuasive and consultative communication style.
- Set a motivational tone and establish a high degree of optimism for both clients and internal teams.
- Act as the central liaison between creative development and marketing teams bringing people together to keep workflows predictable structured and efficient.
- Identify and communicate next steps and actions items from client and internal conversations partnering with the project manager to maintain accurate project tracking and accountability.
- Execute with strong attention to detail to ensure project documentation (briefs notes timelines) is meticulous organized and up to date.
- Maintain and champion methodical systematic processes to ensure smooth handoffs across strategy creative and production teams.
- Maintain steady focus in a lively environment with frequent team interactions and natural day-to-day disruptions.
- Support proposal development and prepare detailed meeting agendas notes and follow-ups based on provided estimates.
Qualifications
- 23 years of experience in account management project management or relationship-focused roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to influence persuade and connect with people.
- High level of organization and the demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to translate client needs into clear actionable internal direction for creative teams.
- Experience in a marketing or creative agency environment is a plus with a preference for working in a people-rich social environment rather than deep analytical/technical work.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. ClickUp) and exposure to nonprofit clients is a plus.
