Job Role

As a Waking Night Support Worker youll be a calm reassuring presence through the night providing vital functions such as supporting safe bedtime routines carrying out regular wellbeing checks responding promptly to needs and keeping meticulous records for a smooth morning handover. Youll champion communication goals follow individual support plans and help keep the environment safe and homely while working scheduled waking night shifts.
