AN EVENING IN THE LIFE OF NIGHT MANAGER AT OUR HOTEL

What youll be doing...

• Theprincipal responsibility is safety and security of guests and ensuring theaccurate and timely completion of the night audit function during the hours of 7pm to 7am

• Youwill manage a team ensuring each member is effective trained and developed

• Beingthe main point of contact for all in-house and external guest queries andrequests during the night
• Liaisingwith all departments and ensure swift and efficient communication across thehotel

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Previous experience in hospitality or finance roles with an understanding of accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy particularly in financial reconciliation
• Good communication skills and the ability to handle guest enquiries professionally
• Basic IT skills and familiarity with property management systems (PMS)
• Flexibility to work night shifts and the ability to remain focused and productive
