We have an opportunity for a talented and experienced individual to join our dynamic and innovative Transformation team at Wiltshire Councilwhere we are committed to driving positive change and collaborationtoshape the future for the people of Wiltshire.
As a Transformation Officer you will play a pivotal role and be at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives andorganisationalchange. You will work closely with multiple teams to implement transformativesolutions andensure the successful execution of our strategicobjectives. You will also lead change management initiativesconduct thorough analysis of currentprocessesandidentifyareas for improvement and innovation to enhance efficiency for our customers productivity and overall performance using transformation methodologies.
To excel in thisroleyou need to be anorganisedand analytical individual whopossessesgood problem-solving skills and is able to find innovative will bringwithyourexcellent communication skills the capability to manage multipleprojectsand the ability to foster a positive inclusive working environment.
