Job Summary

Position Role: Principal Staff Officer for coordination of all visitors to HQ ARRC (NATO 3* HQ) and daily running and management of Joint Visits Bureau (JVB).

Domestic Considerations: Deployment on exercises required both UK and overseas in order to facilitate VVIP / VIP visits.

Position Responsibilities:
Coordination and execution of Comd level visit programmes. Track deconflict all Branch and Working level visits.
Provide advice and support to Branches and Project Officers on administration execution of visits events.
Plan coordinate and execute VIP visits to major ARRC exercises and major Comd Gp conferences.
Deputise for SO1 Coord as required.
Hospitality Fund Manager and JVB budget forecasting.
Line Manager for SO3 JVB (D (MSF) grade Civil Servant).
Any other task as issued by COSARRC.
