Job Summary

1. Provide G1 personnel and medical guidance to Bde HQ for operations future planning. Bde HQ Security Officer.
2. Bde desk lead on G1 matters incl policy casualty reporting (NOTICAS) INCREP PAPMIS WISMIS ARCAB and welfare.
3. Bde focal point for FHP and health and wellbeing including health committees and HQ rep at the Station CMCR
4. Lead D&I Advisor; responsible for coord of Bde Climate Assessments and D&I Plan. Focal point for Bde VO and retention.
6. Deputise for DCOS. Focal point for Bde G1 deployability including mental training and preparedness. 1 RO/Line Manager for D Band SO3 G1.
