Job Summary

1. Maintain and develop the Brigade Baseline Operating Order related sub plans Business Continuity Plan and SOIs.
2. Maintain and develop Military Engineer doctrine aligned the future operating environment concepts and structural reviews.
3. Co-ordinate the review and implementation of Military Engineer organisational structures C2 and basing.
4. Co-ordinate the Brigade Collective Training commitments plot with 1 (UK) Division and LWC.
5. BPT deploy as a Mil Eng SO2 on Ops & CT5 exercises in support of Army Joint and MN operations training and commitments.
6. Apply critical thinking & analytical problem solving to deliver training plans and embracing the future operating environment.
