Role Overview
Were recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the UK Technology desk. Youll be instrumental in driving end-to-end recruitment across high-demand technology markets including Data Software Engineering AI/Machine Learning and Cyber Security. This role offers a hybrid working pattern out of Reading a competitive base salary up to 40000 plus an uncapped commission scheme and benefits.
What Youll Do
Lead full 360 recruitment cycles: sourcing screening interviewing offer negotiation & placement
Build and manage client relationships with UK-based organisations hiring tech talent
Deliver quality hires across contract and permanent roles
Develop and execute search strategies using multiple channels (direct sourcing market mapping networks)
Partner with internal teams to understand role requirements and market trends
Hit and exceed individual revenue targets
Who You Are
18 months 2.5 years recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
Comfortable recruiting into technical and non-technical roles
Open to both contract and permanent market experience
Motivated commercially aware and ready to cross-train into new tech markets
A strong communicator with the drive to build a personal desk
