Role Overview

Were recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the UK Technology desk. Youll be instrumental in driving end-to-end recruitment across high-demand technology markets including Data Software Engineering AI/Machine Learning and Cyber Security. This role offers a hybrid working pattern out of Reading a competitive base salary up to 40000 plus an uncapped commission scheme and benefits.

What Youll Do

• Lead full 360 recruitment cycles: sourcing screening interviewing offer negotiation & placement

• Build and manage client relationships with UK-based organisations hiring tech talent

• Deliver quality hires across contract and permanent roles

• Develop and execute search strategies using multiple channels (direct sourcing market mapping networks)

• Partner with internal teams to understand role requirements and market trends

• Hit and exceed individual revenue targets

Who You Are

• 18 months 2.5 years recruitment experience (agency or in-house)

• Comfortable recruiting into technical and non-technical roles

• Open to both contract and permanent market experience

• Motivated commercially aware and ready to cross-train into new tech markets

• A strong communicator with the drive to build a personal desk
