SALES PROGRESSOR CHORLTON 27K COMMISSION
Join an award winning independent estate agency in Chorlton.
My client is seeking a driven and detail-orientated Sales Progressor to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

The role:
- Ensuring smooth onboarding of new sales including AML compliance.
- Liaising with buyers sellers solicitors mortgage brokers and surveyors ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process.
- Keeping property chains moving by proactively managing issues and overcoming delays.
- Arranging surveys and tracking every stage of the process.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Recording accurate progress updates on the in house CRM.
About you:
- You will have previous property sales or conveyancing experience.
- Excellent communication organisation and problem solving skills.
- Proactive approach to progressing sales resolving issues and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong IT proficiency in MS Office with the ability to learn new systems.
