Retail Sales Assistant

Job Title: CEX Retail Sales Assistant (Darlington)Reality Enterprise Ltd T/A CEX is a market-leading technology retailer specializing in buying selling and exchanging a range of technology and entertainment products. We are currently seeking a Part-time Retail Sales Assistant for our Darlington Store. The Retail Sales Assistant will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through effective communication and interacting with customers on a daily basis. This is an 8 hour responsibilities:- Providing excellent customer service to all customers and ensuring their needs are met.- Assisting customers with their purchases including providing advice on products and pricing information.- Handling cash transactions managing payment transactions and ensuring till accuracy.- Processing customer orders ensuring they are delivered and dispatched on time.- Maintaining the stores visual merchandising standards to ensure it is always clean and tidy.- Assisting with stock management and inventory :- Previous experience in a customer-facing environment would be highly desirable.- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately with strong numeracy skills.- Good verbal communication skills are essential along with a proactive and outgoing attitude.- A keen interest in technology and an awareness of current trends in the market.- Flexibility with working hours as shifts and weekend work will be offer a competitive salary staff discount on products and a great working environment with opportunities for career progression and development.
