Working within a target-driven environment the successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with buyers and vendors negotiating offers and supporting property transactions from initial enquiry through to completion. What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:

• Generate valuation opportunities and develop new business leads
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
• Build and maintain relationships with applicants vendors and prospective clients
• Follow up sales enquiries and progress opportunities through the sales pipeline
• Promote additional services and support the achievement of business targets
• Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process
