What Were Looking For
Level 3 Early Years qualification essential
Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner essential
Experience working within a baby room environment Desirable
Good understanding of the EYFS framework
Knowledge or interest in Montessori and Reggio Emilia approaches
A nurturing caring and child-led approach to early years care
Strong communication and leadership skills

Supporting and guiding team members within the room
Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety standards are consistently met
