Job Summary
Job Title: Team Leader
Location: Ormesby
Salary: 16.60 per hour (dependent on experience)
Working Hours: No less than 37 hours per week (overtime or additional contracted hours available)
Employment Type: Permanent
Sleep-ins: 911 per month (as required) paid at 58.40 per sleep
Example Annual Earnings: Up to approximately 38970 per year (based on 37 hours per week and an average of 10 sleep-ins per month).

Level 4 Children Young People and Families Practitioner or
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
Experience Required
Minimum of 1 years experience working in a relevant childrens residential setting.
The Home
This is a 2-bed childrens home in Ormesby providing specialist support for children and young people with Learning Disabilities. The home offers a nurturing structured and child-centred environment where young people are supported to develop independence confidence and life skills.

You only hold a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (this is not considered equivalent to the required Residential Childcare qualification).
Your experience is limited to Healthcare NHS CQC services or Nursery settings.

You have only worked within CQC services and have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Childrens Home.
