Residential Support Worker
Location: Medway
Shift: Flexible 4-week rota pattern including evenings weekends bank holidays and waking nights.
Pay: Up to 17/hour

Requirements
- Recent experience in a Residential Support Worker role (essential)
- GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- Good communication skills verbal and written
- Full UK driving license and willingness to train to drive a minibus
- UK work eligibility (British passport UK Residence Permit or equivalent)
- Able to work flexible shifts including evenings weekends bank holidays and waking nights

Required Skills:
- Valid RMN qualification and active NMC registration - Current or eligible for prison security clearance - Experience in mental health nursing - Strong communication and risk assessment skills
