Salary:per annum 7500 welcome bonus
Working Hours / Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week

Service Users: Children and young people aged 817 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Children & Young Peoples Workforce and QCF Level 5 Leadership/Management or willingness to work towards Level 5
The Home:
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established childrens residential home in Leicester supporting young people aged 817 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
As Registered Manager you will be responsible for the overall leadership management and regulatory compliance of the home ensuring positive outcomes for children and young people while maintaining high standards of care and safeguarding.

Key responsibilities include:
Leading the day-to-day operation of the home
Ensuring compliance with Childrens Homes Regulations and Ofsted requirements
Promoting positive outcomes and high-quality care for young people
Leading mentoring and developing the staff team
Managing safeguarding care planning risk assessments and placement stability
Building strong relationships with local authorities families and external professionals
Overseeing staffing rotas budgets and resources
Driving a positive culture focused on continuous improvement and child-centred practice
