The Home:
Number of beds: 4-bed home
This is a rare opportunity to join our client at an exciting stage with a fully refurbished childrens home that is ready to open. The staffing team is already in place and the final key appointment needed is an experienced Registered Manager to lead the service through registration and opening.
This is a Learning Disabilities provision so previous LD experience is essential. Our client is seeking a manager who understands how to create stable nurturing structured environments that deliver exceptional outcomes for children and young people with additional needs.
Who we are looking for:
Our client is looking for an experienced child-focused Registered Manager with proven experience in childrens residential care and a strong background supporting young people with Learning Disabilities.
The successful candidate will be confident leading an Ofsted registration process from the beginning including SC1 / SC2 submissions and building a high-performing stable home environment.
