The Role at a Glance
Were recruiting an enthusiastic Territory Manager to represent Budweiser across North London. Youll build strong relationships key decision-makers in store secure additional displays increase distribution and drive sales and visibility for their wellestablished product range.
This role is ideal for someone with field sales or direct selling experience who enjoys autonomy building relationships and delivering results in a fastpaced retail environment. The Budweiser Account and Team
Youll be representing Budweiser Brewing Group (BBG) one of the UKs leading brewers and the name behind some of the worlds most recognised beer brands. BBG have an impressive portfolio of products including Budweiser Corona Stella Artois Becks and Camden and are passionate about creating meaningful moments for consumers and driving growth through strong retailer partnerships. As a Territory Manager youll play a key role in representing these iconic brands in-store and helping retailers maximise sales opportunities.
What Youll Be Doing
As a Territory Manager youll take ownership of your defined territory working closely with the Regional Manager and supportive team to delivered against your agreed targets.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Managing a territory and planning visits around store manager availability to maximise opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with store managers and key decisionmakers
- Negotiating additional displays and promotional activity
- Driving distribution availability and visibility across the agreed product range
- Executing merchandising activity in line with brand guidelines
- Actively selling to key contacts to maximise sales and visibility
- Using sales data to track performance and identify growth performance
What Were Looking For

Youll need:
- Experience working in field sales or similar role
- Strong communication skills and confidence influencing stakeholders
- Stakeholder management experience
- Excellent time management and territory planning ability
- Be self-motivated and results-driven
- A full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points and no previous bans)
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in the convenience channel
- Merchandising or POS execution experience
- Direct Selling Skills
