Talentmark are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our successful STEM-focused organisation in our Stevenage office. This role would be suited to someone with a background of 1 2 years in a recruitment role. Whilst some understanding of the scientific or engineering industry would be helpful we are much more focused on finding the right person - we can coach the rest. We are looking to meet with proactive candidates with a positive mentality who are passionate about supporting the team and delivering excellent service every day. - Development of long-standing relationships with our contractors.
- Management of the recruitment process including job posting candidate sourcing screening and interviewing.
