Receptionist
Location: Westbourne Centre Birmingham
Hours: Full Time 30 weekly hours
The role:
We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our Administration team at Westbourne Centre. You will work with delivering exceptional standards of administration and customer service whilst being the front face of the hospital. This is an extremely busy role liaising with patients Consultants and all hospital need an individual with a professional approach excellent verbal communication skills initiative the ability to work within a team and must be computer literate experience with Word and Outlook being essential.
What you will bring:
Experience in a front facing or customer service role
Maths/English to GCSE level or equivalent
Proven organisational and communication skills at all levels both written and oral.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including databases
Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and consultants on a day-to-day basis applying appropriate methods and interpersonal skills
Positive willing attitude
Self-motivated and possess strong organisational interpersonal and above all customer service skills.

The Westbourne Centre is a private day surgery facility in the heart of the Edgbaston Medical Quarter in Birmingham. The Centre brings together a diverse group of clinical specialists enabling the highest quality procedures treatments and patient experience for private insured and NHS patients. We pride ourselves in delivering high quality care to all patients in a supportive caring environment. The successful applicant will complement the current team helping to ensure that efficient and individualised high quality patient care is offered to our whole patient group.
