Were searching for a confident people focused Reception (Welcome) Team Leader to supervise and inspire a team of five outstanding Welcome Hosts based in the main entrance to the building. Youll play a key role in ensuring every visitor client and internal stakeholder receives a first class experience from the moment they step through the door.
This is more than a front of house role its your chance to shape the culture of hospitality within a global powerhouse.

What Youll Do

• Lead motivate and develop a high performing welcome team
• Ensure service excellence and a consistently exceptional visitor journey
• Build strong relationships with clients visitors and internal teams
• Oversee daily operations and handle multiple requests with ease
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism presentation and attention to detail

Shifts: 40 hours per week shifts between 7am-6pm from Mon-Fri
Salary: 38136 per annum
