Supporting in managing business operations and project activities
Assistingwith the sales lettings and refurbishment of properties
Acting as a key point of contact between site managers builders and suppliers to ensuretimelyproject delivery
Tracking invoices managing budgets and ensuringaccuratepayments
Coordinatinglogistics deliveries and communication across teams
Handling tenant issues and ad hoc requests with professionalism and care
Ensuring smooth administrative processesincluding record-keepingand filing
Ad Hoc Requests
Bachelors degree
Proficient /Good levelin Excel
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts
2-3 years experience in administration PA support or project coordination
A proactive self-starting attitudeyouresomeone who takes initiative and gets things done
A great communicator who can build rapport across all levels of seniority
