Location: Birmingham PQE: 6 Role: Full-Time Hybrid
A leading law firm is seeking a Senior/Principal Associate to join its growing Affordable Housing & Development team.
You will advise registered providers local authorities and investors on:
Land acquisitions and disposals.
Title due diligence.
Property development and portfolio transactions.
Affordable housing investment.
Development and building agreements.
Grant funding and joint ventures.
6 years PQE in affordable housing commercial property or development.
Strong technical and client management skills.
Commercially focused with excellent attention to detail.
Proactive collaborative and keen to develop a long-term career.
