Associate Public Law & Regulation

Location: Birmingham PQE: NQ-2 Role: Full-Time Hybrid

A specialist Public Law & Regulation team is seeking an NQ-2 PQE Solicitor to advise clients across sectors including energy healthcare water education life sciences food and drink and product regulation.

The team handles both contentious and non-contentious matters for government bodies regulators public authorities and regulated businesses.

• Judicial review and regulatory appeals.

• Human rights constitutional and equalities law.

• Statutory powers interpretation and legislative drafting.

• Regulatory compliance enforcement and consultation.

• Economic and consumer regulation.

• Qualified Solicitor at NQ-2 PQE.

• Public law or regulatory experience desirable but not essential.

• Strong academics analytical skills and attention to detail.
