We are recruiting for a Property Auction Negotiator to join a busy and growing auction team based in Bristol. The role will involve visiting and listing properties prior to auction and dealing with complex pre-auction negotiations.

Working within a fast-paced auction environment you will support buyers and sellers throughout the auction process generate new business opportunities and play an important role in the continued growth and success of the department.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Auction Negotiator:

• Managing buyer and seller enquiries throughout the auction process
• Building and maintaining relationships with vendors purchasers and investors
• Generating property auction instructions and identifying new business opportunities
• Conducting property viewings and providing expert advice on the auction process
• Negotiating sales and supporting transactions through to completion
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring exceptional customer service at every stage

• Previous experience within estate agency property sales or a related property role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving results
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
