Youll join an experienced lettings team and play a key role in helping tenants find their next home while supporting landlords throughout the letting process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Registering and qualifying prospective tenants

• Conducting property viewings

• Matching applicants with suitable properties

• Negotiating offers and agreeing tenancies

• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants

• Following up enquiries and generating new business

• Maintaining excellent knowledge of the local property market

• Working towards individual and team targets

• Delivering a high level of customer service throughout the lettings process

• 23000 basic salary

• 30000 OTE

• 1 in 2 Saturdays with a day off in lieu

Were looking for someone who is confident personable ambitious and naturally good with people.

Previous estate agency or lettings experience would be advantageous but were also interested in strong sales or customer-facing candidates who have the right attitude and want to build a genuine career within property.

Youll need to be comfortable speaking with customers both face-to-face and over the phone have a strong work ethic and enjoy working in a fast-paced target-driven environment.

A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle are essential for the role.
