Working 36.5 hours per week

Were looking for aProject Managerto lead the delivery of high-value high-risk projects across Adult Social Care & Health and its partners. Usingappropriate methodologies youll drive transformational change that improves services delivers efficiencies and creates sustainable outcomes for our communities.

What youll do:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projectson time within budget and to quality standards
  • Define project scope governance milestones and resource requirements
  • Manage risks issues and dependencies proactively
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders including Directors and Cabinet Members
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across HR Finance IT Legal and more
  • Ensure strong reporting governance and benefits realisation

What were looking for:

  • Proven experience delivering small to large-scale complex projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Expertise in planning governance and risk management
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive sustainable change
  • A customer-focused performance-driven mindset
