Aztrum is delighted to announce a new opportunity with a highly regarded architectural practice specialising in high-end private residential projects. My client is looking to appoint an experienced Project Architect or Architectural Technologist to lead the technical design and delivery of luxury residential schemes including listed buildings.
Key Responsibilities for this Project Architect / Technologist role:
Lead the technical development and delivery of high-end residential projects (1M value)
Produce and oversee detailed drawing packages across RIBA Stages 45
Develop high-quality technical detailing (1:20 1:10 1:5) for both shell & core and fit-out
Coordinate consultants contractors and specialist subcontractors
Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and conservation requirements
Manage projects on site through construction to completion
Maintain programme quality and budget control throughout delivery
Requirements for this Project Architect / Technologist role:
Proven experience delivering high-end private residential projects
Strong experience across RIBA Stages 45
Demonstrable expertise in technical detailing and construction packages
Experience working on listed buildings is highly desirable
Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
Strong coordination and project running experience
