Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Up to 30500 per annum Full-Time 8:00am 6:00pm

Our clients nursery provides a rich learning environment where children are motivated to explore their interests through play discovery and hands-on experiences. A particular highlight is the nurserys extensive outdoor space which includes a dedicated nature area where children can learn about growing plants and vegetables develop an appreciation for the natural world and enjoy outdoor adventures. With plenty of room to explore climb discover and play every day brings new opportunities for learning.

Were looking for a caring and energetic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who is passionate about supporting childrens learning and development.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Level 3 Early Years qualification essential
• Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework
• A nurturing and child-centred approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for outdoor learning and child development
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude

Key Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
• Planning and supporting engaging learning experiences and activities
• Encouraging childrens curiosity independence and confidence
• Making full use of the outdoor learning environment to enhance development
• Building positive relationships with children families and colleagues
• Observing and monitoring childrens progress and development
• Maintaining safeguarding health & safety and nursery standards at all times
